Adhesive Backed Magnetic Tape
The DIY secondary glazing kit contains 30 metres of adhesive backed magnetic tape and 30 metres of matching adhesive backed steel tape. Attach the steel to your window frame and the magnetic strip to your plastic or glazing panels (not supplied in the kit). Steel surface has a standard acrylic adhesive and is coated white which can be painted to match your frame. Adhesive magnetic tape has white foam adhesive backing. Both materials are easily cut to size and length with scissors or a suitable knife.
This secondary glazing tape DIY kit contains all you need for attaching secondary perspex or acrylic panels or fly screens onto existing window frames This kit facilitates seasonal application of DIY fly screens and secondary double glazing. It is more cost effective than permanent double glazing and easier to install.
